Hosting Requirements
- PHP 4 or higher version.
- MySQL 4.1.10 or higher version
- GDI version 2.0 support
- Perl 5.0 ( Hosting support CGI Execute )
Steps to install
- Upload all files to your hosting
- Create database from your hosting control panel.
- Dump sql file ( in database folder ) by phpmyadmin.
- Change information in config.php ( database info, domain info)
- Chmod : Uploads folder to 777 ( also sub folder of it )
- Upload uber_uploader.cgi, uber_uploader_finished.tmpl to cgi-bin Folder in your hosting (/var/www/cgi-bin or /usr/local/apache/cgi-bin or public_html/cgi-bin ), chmod 2 files to 755
- Edit uber_uploader.cgi: change :
o $temp_dir, $upload_dir to your upload dir
o Change $redirect_url, $progress_url
o $max_upload ( default : 2M = 2 * 1024 * 1024 )
- Edit uber_uploader_global.php
o $temp_dir, $upload_dir to your upload dir ( like above cgi file )
- Run script : http://www.yourdomain.com/yourscripfolder/
- To manage to there : http://www.yourdomain.com/yourscripfolder/admin/
- Default login is : admin with password : admin
