phpFoX1.6 build 20 Nulled

I decided to used my 3 hours to null this phpfox 1.6 build 20

-Removed the callback function in install directory
-Removed callback from the installation license agreement
-Removed 'powered by' line
-Removed 'powered by' in title
-Removed all link back to phpfox website
